The Paren Metadata API provides rich historical and contextual information about electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Unlike the Realtime API which focuses on current status, the Metadata API delivers insights about charging station performance, usage patterns, amenities, and pricing information over time.

Location data are updated/checked at least once a day.
Pricing
The pricing available through this API is updated on a weekly basis, for more realtime pricing, check the realtime API instead.
Amenities
Amenities are updated once we find new location and every 3 month. If you need a more up to date dataset, contact us.
Location statistics/aggregations
The location aggregations are build daily, weekly and monthly. Currently, only the weekly and monthly dataset is available through the API, if you need the daily dataset, contact us.
